Missing pseudo element

A component element or a component's child element is missing a pseudo element. The pseudo element in question may in fact be defined on the element, but be ineffective and thus count as missing. A pseudo element counts as missing if one of the following conditions is met:

  1. it is removed from the page's rendering tree using display: none
  2. it is made ineffective by setting its content property to none (only for ::before and ::after)
