Troubleshooting


If you are reading this, you are probably one of our patient and forgiving alpha testers and you have already seen that Warhol is a bit rough around its edges. Here's how to troubleshoot some common problems:

The app's UI is responsive, but content does not update

The app's client-side state is a bit flaky. Logging out and signing in again usually helps. This is a known problem, but please let us know if logging out and signing in again does not help.

Parts of the browser extensions's UI are behind in a permanent loading screen

This happens when the extension's distributed internal state gets out of sync. Clicking the reload icon in Warhol's entry in chrome://extensions/ should clear the problem. Please let us know if this happens to you, even if reloading the extension helped!
